Day 58 of 365.
On this rain-soaked day, I made a small road trip with my friend Blair. We went to Parkersburg, home of
TransAllegheny Books . I promise I was good, though - I only brought home three books. We had a marvellous time, though, poking around this bookstore that's housed in a former Carnegie Library Building, and enjoying the cats who are in residence at the bookstore. You can see one of those crossing my path in the photo above.
We also hit up Market Street Yarn, of course, and then discovered that the Star of India restaurant has a delicious buffet, with more heat than Sitar in Charleston. Excellent. It was great to catch-up on a few months of happenings, too.
A satisfying day.
