  Gloomy Sunday

... but very relaxing. Here's Day #3 of 365. The most exciting thing that happened today in the outernet is that we went to the hardware store, and to Panera Bread Company, and I'm making rye bread. Woo. I spent most of the morning reading my enjoyable fluffy Charlaine Harris vampire novel ( From Dead to Worse ) while Nick did cryptograms. I still haven't seen TrueBlood. One of these days I'll get around to it.

Still no bugs bursting from my forehead, but there was a spider on my ankle in the shower this morning. I think that was unrelated.

TrueBlood diverges quite a bit from the books but both are really great...just different. If you are easily offended, don't watch TrueBlood...but if language and nakedness don't make your blood pressure skyrocket, check it out...we're addicted!

Thanks for the heads-up and the thumbs-up on TrueBlood! I think we can handle the language and naked, I'm interested in seeing how they translate the books onto the screen (I'm always interested in seeing how this is done!). Thanks for the comment!

I gotta say, I watched about 3-4 of the first episodes of True Blood and didn't think it was any good. The story and writing was weird, and I didn't care for any of the characters. I'll be interested to hear what you think though!
